Customers must pay Egiukb in full for all products and services provided, in accordance with the payment terms set out in the product or service agreement.
Customers must ensure that all information provided to Egiukb is accurate and up to date.
Egiukb reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
Egiukb reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.
Egiukb reserves the right to terminate any agreement without prior notice if customers fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
Customers will be liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of their failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The waiver by either party of any breach of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
