Terms and Conditions

EGI Interiors Limited provides Kitchen and Bedroom products and services to its customers. By using the products and services provided by EGI, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. EGI Interiors warrants that its products and services provided will be of satisfactory quality and fit for its intended purpose.
  2. Interest Credit plan is applicable for a minimum sale of £3,000/- and for a maximum tenure of 5 years.
  3. Customers must pay EGI Interiors in full for all products and services provided, in accordance with the payment terms set out in the product or service agreement. 
  4. Customers must ensure that all information provided to EGI Interiors is accurate and up to date.
  5. EGI Interiors reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
  6. EGI Interiors reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.
  7. EGI Interiors reserves the right to terminate any agreement without prior notice if customers fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
  8. Customers will be liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of their failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
  9. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
  10. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  11. The waiver by either party of any breach of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
