Scheer saws with Barbaric panelling
Three Scheer beam saws with automatic panelling. They cut to the millimetre without chipping out the face.
Bulleri Toranado routers
Two routers on OSAI control with CAD/CAM, for engraving, profiles and panel design on doors and drawer fronts.
Burkle 3D air press and Simimpianti Topform
Vacuum and heat pressing, for finishes that don't leave glue lines or peel early.
HOMAG laser edge banding
Straight, curved and profiled edges with automated thickness control.
Weeke CNC and assembly
A compact vertical CNC with barcode options and dowel insertion, for flexible cabinetry runs.
CSF Barbaric panel storage
Automated storage feeds the saws without scratching sheets on the way in.
