We measure the room properly, check the services, and ask what actually annoys you about the space now. Bring a rough budget and we'll design to it.

Plans built around your walls, with 3D visuals where they help. You see the room before anything gets cut.
You get a written price
A clear quote and a timeline, in writing. Take it away, compare it, sleep on it. There's no pressure to decide on the day.

Does the design visit really cost nothing?
It's free, there's no deposit and there's no obligation. You get measurements, a design and a written quote to keep, whether or not you go ahead with us.
Do I need measurements ready?
No. We measure everything on the day. It helps if you have a rough budget in mind and any pictures of styles you like, but that's all.
Will someone pressure me into signing?
No. You get a written quote to take away and compare. Nothing is signed at the visit and there's nothing to pay to book one.
Can you come in the evening or at a weekend?
Yes. Tell us what suits when we call to confirm and we'll work around you.
Do I have to have the visit at home?
No. You can come to the Greenford showroom instead, handle the samples and see the finishes in person. There's customer parking on site.
What if I only want the design, not the fitting?
Design-only is available. We'll measure, plan and supply the furniture for your own fitter to install.
