EGI Interiors Limited provides kitchen, bedroom and living furniture products and services. By using them you agree to these terms.
- EGI Interiors warrants that its products and services will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
- Interest credit plan is applicable for a minimum sale of £3,000 and for a maximum tenure of 5 years. Subject to status.
- Customers must pay EGI Interiors in full for all products and services in line with the payment terms in the agreement.
- Customers must ensure information provided to EGI is accurate and up to date.
- EGI may change these terms at any time.
- EGI may refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.
- EGI may terminate an agreement without prior notice if customers fail to comply with these terms.
- Customers are liable for loss or damage caused by their failure to comply with these terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
- A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of later breaches.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
